At the end of last month New Jersey metal band Ender released their newest single 'The Straw'.
Already proving to be popular Enders 'The Straw' is a metalcore track that just keeps giving. Formed in 2009 Ender jumped straight into their musical career, releasing their debut EP 'This Is Revenge' the following year (2010). The group from New Jersey may not be a touring band but they consistently are releasing metalcore bangers for fans to sink their teeth into. Since first hearing 'The Straw' a couple of weeks ago I have had this song stuck on repeat. Ender bring everything that is loved about modern metalcore, from drums that make you want to bang your head, to the emotion charged growls of the vocals and riffs that will get you moving. As the three-minute track pounds on it gradually gets slower and heavier and the demonic sounds will have you begging to stick around right to the end.
