Painted Scars - Liquid Gold

Painted Scars have released their sing-along anthem 'Liquid Gold' which is taken from their upcoming EP 'Kintsugi'.

Painted Scars dropped their single 'Liquid Gold' on the 26th of July ahead of their EP 'Kintsugi'. Forming in April of 2023, Painted Scars are a brand new rock band. Their hard hitting sound combines heavy riffs, sing-a-long and headbanging moments. Interestingly, when they began, as a try-out show the group organized a mini festival, 'Scarfest' at their home base in Erpe-Mere, Belgium. The festival which took place in August of 2023 was a great success, this triggered a series of follow up shows the same year. 'Liquid Gold' is all about partying with friends and having a good time. The feel-good track is soaring rock n roll with a punk like energy. It doesn't feel too serious and the chorus is made to sing-a-long with, there's even a big guitar solo to dance and shimmy too. The main thing I can say about this song is that it is fun and I think that is what Painted Scars were trying to achieve with this one.
