Rogue Awakening - Bloodflow

'Bloodlfow' is the new enticing heavy rock single from fast growing UK group Rogue Awakening.

Rising heavy rock band Rogue Awakening have released their most recent single and video 'Bloodflow'. Formed in Horsham, UK, Rogue Awakening are quickly growing a reputation in the scene with their deeply captivating sound. The group came together in 2021 but it was after their 2023 debut EP 'Feed Me Fire' that they really started to see success. Their sound pulls a lot from the metal world but is also merged with melodic influences creating their heavy rock blend that they have become known for.

New single 'Bloodflow' marks the start of a new chapter for the band.

"'Bloodflow' is an observation on individuals who tend to 'people please' at the detriment of their own happiness and boundaries. The song and the theme came together effortlessly, and it was a great experience recording and fine tuning the song together in the studio." - (Rogue Awakening)

In my opinion 'Bloodflow' feels a lot more rock than the metal pulling sound that Rogue Awakening normally have. As always they really shine with the vocals on this one, the sweet melody packed with power giving the feeling that there's something maybe a little dangerous behind the veil. I have to say in the pre-chorus where the track builds with a captivating energy is a favourite moment of mine from these guys. The chorus itself also begs for your attention and it's hard not to fall in love with the melodic beauty which is complimented by the roughness of the guitars.
