Wolforna - What's That In Old Money?

Yorkshire four-piece Wolforna release the next installment 'What's That In Old Money?', from their upcoming EP.

'What's That In Old Money?' not only sees Wolforna release a brand new catchy track, but also gives listeners a further look into their upcoming 'Tales of the Damned' EP. With a successful discography, including the single '22 Degrees & Sunny' which has surpassed 20,000 Spotify streams, the West Yorkshire lads known as Wolforna have a steady growing fan base. With a sound comparable to the likes of Muse or Biffy Clyro their songs are heavy riff laden and finished off with melodic rock vocals. The four-piece have quite the live CV having supported the likes of Dirty Honey and Tigercub, as well as completing many of their own headline shows and appearing on festival slots. 'What's That In Old Money?' is a fiercely catchy track exploding with infectious riffs and Wolforna's modern rock sound. The upbeat track may be packed with high-energy but lyrically it focuses on the topic of how the old hold back the young, and talks of an upcoming dreaded new reality. Interestingly I do think this is the most upbeat and fun song I have heard from Wolforna, that big riff demands you get out of your chair and move, and even vocally this one feels more vibrant, yet there is this daunting undertone that's confirmed by the unsettling ending that you would find in some Youtube conspiracy theory video. Wolforna's upcoming EP 'Tales of the Damned' is due out in October.
